Kickin' Pizza

  1. Pizza Dough
  2. Mozzarella
  3. 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. 4-6oz Kickin' Pepper Topper™

Brush the olive oil over the pre-made pizza dough. Spread the Kickin' Pepper Topper™ evenly on the dough. Top with mozzarella cheese and put in a pre-heated oven/grill at 350°F for 8-11 minutes.

Kickin' Pepper Marinade

  1. 4 Tbsp Olive oil
  2. 2 Tbsp vinegar
  3. 1 Can of light beer
  4. Half jar (4 oz) of Kickin' Pepper Topper™

Mix all contents in a zip-top bag, add your choice of chicken, beef, or pork. Marinate 30 minutes to overnight. Grill to perfection and enjoy!

Kickin' Chili

  1. 1 12 oz can of pinto beans
  2. 1 12 oz can of diced tomatoes
  3. 1 6 oz can of mushrooms
  4. 1 onion coarsely chopped
  5. 1 pepper coarsely chopped
  6. 1 packet of chili starter
  7. 1-1.5 lbs of ground beef or turkey
  8. 1 cube of bouillon
  9. 1 cup of water
  10. Half jar (4 oz) of Legault's Kickin' Pepper Topper™

Brown ground meat in a skillet. Dissolve bouilion cube in water and add to browned meat, let simmer. Chop onion and pepper, add to crockpot with remaining ingredients. Stir browned meat into the Crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours and enjoy!

Kickin' Meatloaf

  1. 1 lb of ground beef or turkey
  2. 1 onion finely chopped
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 cup of bread crumbs
  5. Half jar (4 oz) of Legault's Kickin' Pepper Topper™

Chop onion. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl, fold with hands. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking sheet, and form mixed ingredients into a loaf on baking sheet. Bake in oven at 400°F for 40 minutes. Cut, serve and enjoy.
